Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FPL Peek processes, why it is used, where it may be stored and the choices available to users.

FPL Peek never asks for or stores your Fantasy Premier League password, and it does not sign in to or make changes to your official Fantasy Premier League account.

1. Information you provide

FPL Team ID

If you enter an FPL Team ID, FPL Peek uses it to request publicly available manager and team information from Fantasy Premier League. The Team ID may also be saved in your browser so the app can remember it on your device.

FPL Peek account

If you choose to create or use an FPL Peek account, your email address is processed for authentication. Authentication and synchronized account data are handled using Supabase.

Planner data

Planner drafts may contain squad selections, planned transfers, captain and vice-captain choices, chip plans, gameweek scenarios and related settings. Without an account, this data is stored locally in your browser. If you sign in and enable synchronization, supported planner data is stored with your FPL Peek account.

2. Information collected automatically

Analytics

FPL Peek uses Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and to improve reliability and product design. Analytics may process information such as page activity, session information, approximate location, browser type, device information and related identifiers.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. FPL Peek also uses browser storage for functional purposes such as remembered Team IDs, Planner drafts, preferences and cached application state.

Technical logs

Hosting, database, authentication and email providers may process standard technical information required to operate their services, such as IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps and security logs.

3. How information is used

FPL Peek uses information only for purposes connected with operating and improving the service, including to:

load requested FPL manager and team information;
save and synchronize Planner drafts;
authenticate FPL Peek accounts;
maintain security and prevent abuse;
measure product usage and improve the interface and features;
respond to account, support or privacy enquiries.

4. Service providers

FPL Peek relies on third-party infrastructure to operate. This currently includes Fantasy Premier League data services, Supabase for authentication and synchronized data, Google Analytics for usage measurement, website hosting infrastructure, and email delivery infrastructure. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Data sharing and sale

FPL Peek does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the product, comply with legal obligations, protect the service or respond to valid legal requests.

6. Data retention

Data stored only in your browser remains there until it is removed by the app, cleared by you or deleted through browser controls. Account and synchronized Planner data may be retained while your FPL Peek account remains active or as reasonably necessary for security, backup and legal purposes.

7. Your choices

You can use core planning features without creating an account.
You can clear local browser data through your browser settings.
You can choose not to use account synchronization.
You can control or delete cookies using browser controls.
You can request access to or deletion of FPL Peek account data by contacting us.

8. Security

Reasonable technical controls are used to protect synchronized account data. Database access is restricted so authenticated users can access only data associated with their own account. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

FPL Peek is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent or another legal basis would be required. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as FPL Peek changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
