Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of FPL Peek. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FPL Peek provides Fantasy Premier League planning, analysis and information tools. Features may include manager and team analysis, transfer comparisons, player research, fixtures, results, standings, captain information, price monitoring and a multi-gameweek Planner.

2. Planner simulations

The Planner is a simulation environment. Actions taken inside FPL Peek do not change your official Fantasy Premier League team. FPL Peek does not submit transfers, captain selections, substitutions or chips to Fantasy Premier League.

You are responsible for reviewing and making any real team changes through the official Fantasy Premier League service.

3. FPL Peek accounts

An account is optional for supported features. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for authentication and for activity carried out through your authenticated session.

FPL Peek may suspend or restrict account access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, maintain security or comply with legal obligations.

4. Data and calculations

FPL Peek relies on external data sources, including Fantasy Premier League data. Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or changed without notice.

Rankings, fixture ratings, transfer comparisons, captain information, price indicators and other calculations are provided as decision-support information only. They are not guarantees of future performance, player availability, price movements or results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FPL Peek. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to access another user's private account or synchronized data;
• interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the service;
• use high-volume or programmatic traffic in a way that places unreasonable load on FPL Peek or its data providers;
• attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

6. Availability and changes

FPL Peek may add, remove, modify or temporarily suspend features. The service may also become unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, changes to Fantasy Premier League data or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Intellectual property and third-party rights

FPL Peek's original interface, code, branding and product materials are owned by their respective rights holders. Fantasy Premier League, the Premier League, club names, player names, kits, badges and related marks or imagery belong to their respective owners.

FPL Peek operates independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League.

8. No warranty

FPL Peek is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is given that the service will always be available, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular FPL decision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FPL Peek is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on predictions, incomplete or delayed data, service interruptions, missed deadlines, price changes, transfer decisions, captain choices or other gameplay decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as the service develops. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
